Here at the Leopold Hotel Sheffield we care about your sleep and do our utmost to ensure you have a great night in our Covid-19 safe venue. Whilst we hear of other hotels pulling back on the niceties and stripping hotels to their bare minimum – we feel its better to offer more and be kinder to our guests and become their little haven away from the stresses of life in a pandemic.
So, from the moment you book directly on our hotel website we strive to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. We will engage with you before you stay to gather as much information and preferences from you to allow you to have a contactless check-in with everything arranged for your stay as you’d wish.
We have a Covid-19 Charter for you to peruse before you stay too to put your mind at rest – along with being AA accredited as Covid Safe! We’ve cleaned, steamed, spritzed, fettled and thought through your hotel journey to make it as simple and as gentle on our guests as humanly possible.
We give our guests a call once they have settled into their bedrooms, arrange any dinner reservations, we have even hand-picked local restaurants for guests to dine in and receive take out from. Deliveroo is welcome and we enhance this service with lovely clean crockery and of course an array of freshly blended drinks, lagers and barrel beers for you to collect from the hotel bar.
Our hotel bar is reserved for in-house guests, so you can enjoy your drinks in tranquil and clean surroundings that are carefully distanced and won’t take walk-ins for drinks so you are in a safe bubble – whilst you enjoy a few glasses of bubbly too!
And so to bed – its crisp white linens all the way, big comfy ‘seventh heaven’ beds, and air conditioning to ensure you sleep soundly. All of our bedrooms are cleaned, sanitised for each guests arrival and our bathrooms are provided with large soft fluffy bath towels and Paul Costelloe toiletries to wash away those stresses of the day – and just in case you need to kick start the new day we offer a great Grab’n’Go breakfast allowing you to skip out of the hotel refreshed and refuelled for the day ahead.
