We offer an exclusive, unique and beautiful setting, perfect for Civil Ceremonies and Vow Renewals. Our four intimate occasion suites offer the ideal setting for that all-important, red-carpet entrance to the drinks celebrations. Select from the Oak Suite for 60 guests, the Library Suite for 40 guests, the Bessemer Suite for 20 guests, and the Faraday Suite for 14 guests.

We welcome all who wish to host their civil celebrations here. The Leopold Hotel Sheffield is licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies in each of our four stunning suites.
The original architectural features and elegant décor of our Grade II listed building create a real sense of the occasion. Our suites range in size and allow for any number of configurations whether you are hosting an intimate celebration of close family and friends or a larger event of up to 60 guests.
We also offer to the lovebirds a lovely and fresh drinks package with delicious canape options. When enquiring, please mention you’d like to learn more about that.

The actual ceremony by choice was 4 pm as we just wanted drinks followed by a meal. The package was tailored to meet the style we requested. The room was set out like a restaurant with no top table and it was beautifully decorated with flowers, candles and chair covers. The table service was excellent and as it was a sunny day we had seating reserved outside making the event feel very continental. Being a small unique hotel it made the whole event seem very personal… it was perfect. Thank you to all of the team for all of your hard work.”

For me it’s the attention to detail from walking down the aisle (a couple of near accidents I hear haha) to Jason showing me my room for the wedding I was totally taken back how it looked, think Jason was shocked when I asked him to get my sister rather than Paul to show the room though very funny. I hope you felt that the day went well because you really delivered my vision and hope my guest were well behaved and I wasn’t a “bridezilla”.. Had the girls round last night and they were just in awe of the whole day which is what I wanted. So long and short keep doing what you do and don’t change anything it was PERFECT like you and your team.”
