Sheffield Christmas Market
From November 15th to Christmas Eve, parts of the city turn into a winter wonderland with log cabins, thousands of twinkling lights and the smell of delicious festive favourites. Sheffield Christmas Market has grown from a handful of stalls to over 50 traders selling food & drink and fantastic gifts. There’s something for all tastes and budgets here with mostly local traders selling gifts, toys, crafts, skincare, candles, homeware, decorations, textiles and so much more. You’ll find delicious food and festive drinks to keep you warm from the inside out. Santa’s Grotto is at the heart of the event alongside the Sleigh Bar and the traditional German Sausage grill. Ice Skating in Sheffield
We may not have a dedicated Christmas ice rink, but Sheffield is lucky enough to have ice skating open all year round. Ice Sheffield, part of Sheffield Trust is a leisure centre open to the public and includes a large, covered ice rink. This year for the month of December, lucky skaters are joined on the ice by the big man himself! Visit Santa, take some pictures and skate along to your favourite Christmas tunes.
